This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students go through hundreds of pencils each school year. It's hard to be successful in Math without them.

I'm hoping this fun dispenser helps them to take ownership of their pencils.

Each year I try something new and I'm hoping this will be a success. I can't wait to see it sitting proudly on my supply table!

Math is often a challenging subject for many students and I am hoping that everything I can do to make the classroom more engaging will help the students themselves become more engaged.
