My Students

My students have been truly amazing as we embark on this new learning adventure. It must be so difficult for students, especially six year olds, to wear a mask all day, stay in their seats for most of the six hours that they are in school, or when learning remotely, trying to stay engaged as they stare at a computer screen all day. My students have been super stars as they take on these new challenges. They are strong, resilient, and very willing to learn!

My Project

If my project is fully funded, my students will be able to store their own crayons and markers in a more organized way. Typically, we share these supplies, but now they each need to have their own. I would love to have my own laminator to laminate special tools that the students can keep in their folder that help them develop their reading and writing skills. If these tools are not laminated, they get very messy and the students tend to not use them as much. I also would like to laminate charts in the classroom so that they look nicer and neater.
