Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
I want to teach my students an instrument and need a classroom set to achieve this goal. Due to numerous challenges, my students rarely do anything when they leave school. Playing a musical instrument will give them a creative and emotional outlet that does not involve a screen.
I am requesting 12 ukuleles.
Ukulele is a small, accessible instrument that is easy to learn and satisfying to play. They are cost effective, will provide hours of practice for my students and will last for many years. This will give some of my students a reason to come to school. Thanks in advance for your support!
