This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Imagine standing at the threshold of adulthood, your future a canvas of possibilities—yet the weight of expectations, college applications, and life-changing decisions threatens to overshadow this pivotal moment. This is the reality for our high school seniors, who face unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety in their final year.

Your generous support can transform our classroom into a sanctuary of mental well-being, equipping our seniors with the tools they need to thrive amidst the whirlwind of their last year.

With your help, we can create an environment that nurtures resilience, fosters emotional intelligence, and prepares these young adults for the challenges that lie ahead.

Your contribution will fund essential resources such as:

1. Journals for self-reflection and emotional processing

2. Ambient lighting to create a calming atmosphere
