My Project
These items will help improve our physical education program. We are a second year school and I started our P.E. program with nothing and have building slowly building it up to give the students a fun, safe and successful experience. The rubber bases will come in handy for a variety of games such as kickball and will replace large bulky traffic cones we have had to use. A small basketball hoop that will allow our younger students to join in on the fun, as of now we only have a permanent full size hoop. A few rubber balls that we can use for a variety of games. The reaction balls or "crazy balls" as we have called them have been a students favorite so far and we've developed a game specifically for them with similar rules to baseball where students will throw the crazy ball and run the bases with a defense trying to field the ball. The air pump will be a helpful tool to maintain our equipment and keep the kids playing.
