My Project

Our PBIS program is called the Crossan Gems of Excellence. Each month we learn and focus on ways we can show a specific character trait. Students are given Crossan chances for showing the gem (character trait) that month and for following school rules.

This program was created to positively reinforce the behaviors that will have students thrive individually as well as make our entire school community thrive.

Every Friday, we collect the Crossan chances given out to students and we pick names from each of our 12 classrooms. The 12 students are called over the loud speaker to come down to the main office to pick out prizes. The prizes they can choose from our the items we are hoping to get donations for! We think students will love the fidget spinners, squishy fast food, stress squish balls, slinkies, footballs, and twist fidgets.
