My Project

My students have been working incredible hard to not only meet but exceed our school-wide expectations. We are a PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) school and work extremely hard to create an environment that recognizes and rewards students who do the right thing.

As Lions, my students R.O.A.R each and every day.

They are Respectful, Organized, Accountable and Resilient. Students earn points that they can cash in each month for some type of reward. Many of the rewards are not objects but instead something like, "lunch with your teacher" - a personal favorite! I would love to continue to reward my students with items that they have requested in an effort to keep PBIS going strong.
