My Project

Supporting the purchase of positive behavior incentives for my Dekalb Alternative students is an investment in fostering a positive, motivating learning environment. These incentives help to reinforce desirable behaviors such as respect, responsibility, and hard work, encouraging students to stay engaged and perform at their best. When students are rewarded for positive actions, they are more likely to repeat those behaviors, creating a culture of accountability and growth.

By contributing to these incentives, donors are helping to cultivate an atmosphere where students feel recognized and valued for their efforts.

This not only boosts their self-esteem but also helps reduce behavioral issues, leading to a more productive and harmonious classroom. Ultimately, your support helps students build strong character traits and a sense of pride in their achievements, setting them on a path toward success both in and out of school.
