My Project

Yes, I know...it's 2025! Everything has gone digital and the world is functioning on a screen rather than on paper. I believe in technology in the classroom for sure! However, I also think that for my tactile learners and for my students who need executive functioning help, paper still counts!

This project seeks to secure copy paper, high-quality copy paper and colored paper for use in my classroom.

I use colored paper to print the students' bi-weekly progress reports. The bright yellow or orange paper copy of their current grades helps them to easily spot it in their folders and review their grades. This helps them maintain accountability for their own learning progress. I also use paper to print certificates for my students who are exceeding expectations on a regular basis. The bottom line is that paper still matters and it is expensive. I am hoping to receive support for this project, which will afford me the opportunity to keep printing without interruption.
