Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my 5th Grade Bilingual class, my students work on various assignments in the content areas. They are writing amazing essays that they want to show off to the school. They receive differentiated reading and math packets to complete and meet their academic needs. We also have different resources needing to be printed and put in resource folders for access to English materials.
Having ample printer paper (both white and multi-color) on hand allows me to make sure they receive their assignments and resources in a timely and prompt manner.
Paper always is a teacher's best friend and students often need to have tactile assignments to practice and master skills that are being taught. Paper also is a great resource to have on rainy days when they have indoor recess and for free draw at the end of the day when they wait for their busses to be called. Paper helps make the classroom run smoothly and make sure students get the education they deserve.
