This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I run the Panther Incentive Store here at our school. This is a school-wide incentive store that all students in our school access.

At my school, we use MTSS (Multi-Tier Systems of Support) to reinforce positive student behaviors.

Students can earn Panther Paws in class and around the school for positive behaviors. They can then take those Panther Paws and spend them in our Panther Store. The items requested will be put in the Panther Store for students to purchase using their earned Panther Paws. The Panther Paws and Panther Store have helped with behaviors in class and around the school. All staff participates in handing out Panther Paws to students.
