My Students
HI! I am currently a special education teacher in an ICT classroom. My students are so creative and love taking part in different types of projects and using technology to expand their learning! As a special education teacher, I love giving my students as many options as they need to reach their learning goals. My students are motivated when we are able to do out of the box activities and they are able to get creative! My students' needs come first to me!
My Project
Let's get creative! Creating and designing is a very important aspect of my classroom. My students love to be able to express themselves through art! Throughout the school year, I try to in-cooperate as many art projects for my students. The art projects not only let them express themselves but also align with the curriculum. We do many art projects that are aligned with literature, science, and even social studies! Not every student is great at expressing themselves through writing BUT some really do shine when they get to express themselves through art! Having a classroom with all different types of learners it is important to reach each one individually. With these materials, this will really help me kick off and expand our art programs in the classroom.
