My students tow a boatload of baggage behind them every day. In today's high-stress instant gratification world is important to teach children coping skills.
Painting has always provided a great outlet for my own emotional angst and now I have the opportunity to use my passion to help children express their emotions.
Watercolor painting is inexpensive and portable. It allows children to express their emotions and vanquish their fears by confronting them in a visual medium. Whether through realism or abstract expression, students can relieve their stress and be creative at the same time. Help me to give them the gift of self-expression.
