My Project

I love my students’ enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to explore new ideas through art. They come to class eager to express themselves, and I want to provide them with the best possible resources to help them grow as artists. The painting supplies I’m requesting—acrylic and gouache paints, water wells, and wet palettes—will give them the opportunity to experiment with different techniques, build confidence, and develop their artistic voices. With these materials, students will learn about color theory, composition, and brushwork while also strengthening their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. My goal for this project is to create a space where all students, regardless of experience or background, feel empowered to create and explore. What makes my students special is their passion and unique perspectives, and with these supplies, they’ll have the tools they need to turn their ideas into beautiful works of art.
