My Students

Our students are learning at home with their parents. It has been especially difficult not being able to see them and hug them every day. Our garden at school is just a pile of dirt instead of thriving plants. We try to Zoom with them or call them on the phone as often as possible to keep them motivating in learning.

My Project

For the first time ever, we have to pack up our classrooms because our students will not be learning in there for 6 months. Our school is a 10-month school, but we have summer school for one month. On a normal school year, I am not without my classroom for more than 3 weeks at a time.

Our school just announced today that we have to pack up our classrooms.

With tears in my eyes, I will be packing up all our materials to store them in my garage at home. These storage totes will be a lifesaver to me for packing up my classroom. We can use these storage totes now to store items used for distance learning and after we return to school to store our science materials!
