Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing, because they are kind, hardworking and have the potential to rule the world. My students love to help each other and always work together to make sure they are all successful. I have instilled the importance of respect and they gladly take it upon themselves to make sure they respect each other.

My students come from different social-economic backgrounds and different cultures and yet they continue to build positive relationships with each other.

Some of my students take on more responsibility than a child should and in class they have the opportunity to be the child they deserve to be. They are able to feel safe, happy and it gives them their own time to shine.

My Project

Help bring joy to students by supporting them with outdoor recess equipment for recess!

Students need a mental break from their daily routines and with these items they will be able to take have fun and socialize with their friends.

When students have an opportunity to play outside, then they will be more focused in class. In addition, having a break helps students build relationships by socializing with classmates and creating fun games. Outdoor activities also give students the opportunity to be healthy, by being active in school and playing outside!
