This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My pre-k students love the outdoors and learning through play. The outdoor activities in this project will help them build their social skills, self-awareness, large motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. This project provides the students with fun outdoor hands-on activities where they can develop a love of fitness that will appeal to every interest. The basketball hoop is developmentally appropriate for pre-k and will instill a love of basketball at a young age. The outdoor toss games and balls will help students understand the power of teamwork and to socialize while having fun!
