Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are from lower income families. Each student has a different level of development. For some this would be their first time in school.

My wonderful preschoolers are so funny, curious, and excited to participate in play!

My Project

My students love hands on learning. A great majority also love textural items such as sand and water. With this sand my students can enjoy learning with hands on activities such as digging for alphabet treasure! The fossil kit gives the students an opportunity to explore an additional side to the topic they love, Dinosaurs! The table will be used not only with the sand, but also with water! Multiple students will be able to enjoy the table for education and social emotional. Students will be able to sooth themselves by using sand or water as a calming activity.

Help my students in getting materials for a great school year!

Students need basic materials to get the most of their daily activities. Materials can support students development in language and social emotional skills. Donations such as books, coloring materials and puppets can support student language and literacy and fun!
