Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a new teacher working in a Pre-K classroom in a low-income community and my children need many materials, as some are not age-appropriate or old. My students are creative and funny, and as their teacher, I want to push them to their maximum potential.

As a new teacher, I want my classroom to be as welcoming and exciting as possible!

I really want to enhance my classroom environment so that my students will feel happy, safe, and excited when they come to school. Materials such as borders, book bins, markers, and games will create a happy place for my students and that is what they need.

Pre-K is a time of exploration and fun, and an instant camera will enhance that fun as I will be able to take pictures and keep memories for my students all year. I want to be the best new teacher I can be. Please help me make this year great for my students.
