My Project

My students will enjoy having their own They will have the opportunity to personal sensory items. They will have the opportunity to explore these items and become aware of their sensory world.

Students will enjoy the sensation and the calming effects of these items.

These items will help reduce their stress levels .

Having a variety of sensory items available will allow students to make choices about their sensory item. They will choose the item which best suits them. They will also enjoy caring for and storing their items. These items will create a more peaceful learning environment.

Ms. Dunbar Leland School Park Grades 6-8
