My Project

Our students love learning about the world and sharing thier art. This project combines geograpy and art in a fun way. Our city is a tourist destination in the summer months. Visitors from all over the United States walk down our Main Street and past our school. We want to start a rock sharing site where visitors take a small piece of ranger art (a rock) home with them. Students will paint rocks to be shared with city visitors. They will then take the rock home and send a photo back to us at the school so we can track thier travels.
