My Project

Our school serves scholars in grades ranging from Pre-K to eighth, and we firmly believe this project will provide benefits to students of all grade levels. Our scholars are part of an urban community with a large group of scholars, we want to provide every scholar with an equal opportunity to learn about the benefits of gardening- nutritionally, emotionally, and physically.

The materials gained through this project will assist us with transitioning the garden into a more usable space for scholars.

We are asking for a bench for scholars to sit and enjoy the garden with some fresh air. Teachers are able to bring classes to spend longer periods of time enjoying and learning in the garden. The shed will be used to store all of our gardening tools and materials to create a inviting space, with room and spots to sit.

Please know that your donation will be used to improve our school’s garden in order to provide students with the best learning experience possible!
