My Students

I am teaching a group of bright, energetic students . They are excited to transition into middle school and are budding scientists.

Most of my students are visual and kinesthetic learners; having lab materials will make the lessons more engaging for them.

My Project

I want to create an engaged classroom library with various book choices for my students. The library is to help with differentiating instructions and promoting literacy in science.

Students will be able to read books based on their levels and interest; They can read about scientists, weather, space, energy and so many more.

Research shows that they’re plenty of benefits to a classroom library. An effectively designed classroom library should support reading inside and outside of school, help students learn about how to select appropriate reading materials, and provide a place for students to read independently, as well as serve as a place to talk and discuss books.

By finding this project, my students will have diverse book options
