Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are fascinated with robots and engineering. They have embraced Vex IQ Robotics and are thrilled to have the opportunity to build robots to compete in robotic challenges.

Unfortunately, some of our robot parts have worn out after years of use and new technology has been introduced.

We need to update and replace these parts in order for our robots to work to their full potential. These new motors, shafts, gears, and wheels will help our robots move faster and allow my students to complete the challenges in the time allotted. The new controller and brain will help us build robots that will also follow coding directions faster and for a longer amount of time. These new parts will definitely make a difference in the way our robots run.
