My Project

Technology has played an integral part in education. The SMART board, laptops, iPads, and other devices have enhanced the learning experience for students; however, the use of paper in the classroom has not disappeared. This is especially true in the early elementary grades in which they are developing their handwriting skills. It is also a more effective way for young children to show evidence of their learning.

Paperwork is best stored in a safe and organized manner.

This is why I'm requesting a file cabinet for my classroom. It will allow me to save paper copies of instructional resources, and organize student work in a way that is easily accessible for report card conferences and/or other reasons. Students can also utilize this file cabinet when storing assessments and other classwork in their designated folders.
