My Project

Hi! I'm Mr Fred and this year is my first year teaching music to special needs students! I'm super excited to have the opportunity to facilitate my students learning and benefit their mental health, as studies have shown time and time again that playing music contributes to better overall mental health.

The only downside to this great opportunity is the lack of materials I have at my disposal - to teach guitar you need guitars.

Please help me get ten guitars to help facilitate my students' learning. All of my students are so excited to learn music and they keep asking me when they will get their turn to play, and although I have three guitars at my disposal, for my classes with 12 students it simply isn't enough.

Give the gift of music to these kids! They really need it! Many of them are inner-city lower income students who have never had the opportunity to play music of their own before and they are SO excited to play. It breaks my heart when they ask me, "when will we have our own guitars?" and my answer is "I don't know." Let's change that "I don't know" to a "TODAY" by helping these kids out!
