Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

During Mindfulness, the students will use the mats, yoga dice, and the out of your mind journal book. These materials will allow them to have time to relax, practice their breathing, and stretching. This is an opportunity for the students to let out stress during their hardworking school year.

A safe place for the students to relax, decompress, and talk about topics that allow them to critically think, is essential for their development and journey in high school.

Advisory is a time for the students to connect with each other and express themselves. It is a safe space where they can also work on their classwork and get help with struggling classes. These office materials will allow me to be organized and help my students remain on track.
