Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

In my school, my students are used to having a great experience in the music classroom. They love playing different instruments. My kids are fun, respectful, musically talented, and very smart. They love playing at shows and participate in different musical activities. Unfortunately, this school year, due to the pandemic, we have not had adequate financial support for enriching our music program to get enough instruments and materials for our students.

My students will appreciate getting new instruments and materials to use in the classroom and play on music shows.

Every child enjoys it when we get a brand new instrument. They also enjoy our reward system with a treasure box full of toys and candies; therefore, as a teacher, it will be great to provide what they want and need to be successful in the classroom. I will use these items to make our classroom a happier place.

My Project

As an elementary teacher, I like to make my students happy and reward their hard work and good behavior. We have a treasure box in our classroom that they love to keep filled with toys, pencils, erasers, and more. The items chosen were selected by my students.

My students love to make music and get rewarded for their hard work.

Therefore, every single item in this project, it will make all students happy. They will feel appreciated, respected, and rewarded for what they do every day in the classroom. The fidget toys, erasers, pencils, stickers, and even the ribbons are to create a positive classroom environment.
