My Project

I provide relationship-building opportunities daily that encourage the students to show care and compassion to each other. This carpet will provide that gathering space. The proximity is essential in creating a cohesive community within our classroom.

With this Modern World Map Area Rug, we will designate a space for my third graders to gather as well as familiarize themselves with our world map.

This modern version of our world map is unique and geographically accurate, which will add depth to our social studies curriculum. I anticipate spontaneous conversations that lead to bigger projects and deeper learning!
