Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The school I work at is very small, but we finally get to offer an AP Government and Politics course this year. We are over 75% Hispanic and Latino and many students come from low socio economic backgrounds. Our school population receives 100% free and reduced-cost lunch.

Items listed here will help students be successful in their first AP course offered at our school.

Whether it's the classroom supplies for notetaking and vocabulary mastery or test prep books to help them study for the AP exam, all these items will benefit the learning of students in my classroom.

Government and politics is something every graduating senior should have knowledge about so they can be informed citizens of our country. I want to help them learn as much as they can and get college credit while doing it through this AP Course.
