This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love that my students love exploring new things and are always so brave when doing so! Whenever we have a new critter in the room, they champion through their fears and allow themselves to experience our temporary friends. I would love to give them a permanent class pet so they can enjoy it daily!

The children will benefit so much from having the opportunity to take care of something other than themselves.

They will truly get to experience what it feels like to take care of something daily and the responsibility that it takes. We need an aquarium and the supplies needed to take care of the fish and build its home. Please help us make this happen for our bright, young, children.
