My Project

Family, friends, and community, our class is seeking your help to gather materials needed that help our classroom run smooth on a daily basis.

This year's second grade class functions well because we heavily focus on social emotional learning and celebrate all growths academically and emotionally.

Every student has made growth in both areas this year, and I could not be more proud. Nearly all students participate in separate book clubs that function simultaneously on a daily basis. This entire year I have funded these books on my own but as we push through daily in book club and consistently add more friends into a club we naturally need more books. I have readers at multiple different levels so it is crucial I differenciate their readings based on ability.

Next, I heavily foucs on each child's overall well being. With that being said we celebrate all growths, even on a daily basis with behavior. I need help keeping up with our class prize box to celebrate these growths. These keychain clips, play sand, and squishy balls make great rewards.
