My Project

My school is a Title I school, which means many students come from economically disadvantaged homes. My class serves students in Kindergarten through fifth grade who qualify for special education in the areas of math, reading, writing, and/or social emotional learning.

I want my students to continue to show academic growth.

Since I began teaching special education, my students have shown amazing growth academically. This is due to being able to provide engaging, hands-on activities and a reward system for hard work. The white boards, headphones, stress balls, and other items I've requested will help in both of those areas.
