My Students

My students range in age from 6 to 7 years old, with a variety of ability levels and learning styles. Our learners come from a wide range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds and experiences. Having a safe, fun, and comfortable place to come and learn is a top priority for me as their teacher. Each and every day, my students enter the classroom ready to learn with big smiles on their faces. They are motivated to make each and every day a great day for themselves.

My Project

My students need the OSMO system with coding to further their understanding of technology, math sense, letter/word sense and coding skills. I will use these systems in small groups for students to explore and further their learning through trial and error with teacher support. Students will also be able to work collaboratively with their peers to overcome challenges and work towards a common goal. By donating to this project, you will be helping a classroom of Kindergarten students further their understanding of STEM education. STEM based careers are quickly rising. I hope to give my students the foundation they need to build upon and increase their knowledge of STEM throughout their education.
