This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When it comes to first graders, they can be quite messy and disorganized with their classwork. Unfortunately, my students come from low-income families and most of them are unable to buy classroom supplies let alone additional ones. This is why I want to provide my students materials that will assist them in staying organized as well as learn to be independent. I plan on using a pencil holder for their pencils, labels for their folders, and a book holder to keep their folders separated. My students would greatly appreciate your help!
