My Students

My students are five- and six-year-old​ kindergartners at a Title I public school in Philadelphia. At our Title I school, many of the students live in poverty. For many of them, this is will be their first formal schooling experience.

I have also had the pleasure of being the ESOL-friendly classroom teacher for the last 8 years.

This means that many of my children speak limited or no English at the beginning of the year. By providing a print-rich environment, daily guided reading during blended learning, and small group instruction, my students are sure to succeed!

My Project

Please help our classroom get organized for our new school year! These bins will help organize our classroom library, manipulatives, and art supplies.

By ensuring that our classroom is neat and organized, the students will be able to quickly access all their materials.

This will lead to quicker transitions and less wasted time. They will have their items at their fingertips. The colorful bins will help brighten up our classroom and make for an engaging learning environment. Please consider supporting my students on their path to organization and learning. Thank you!
