My Students

Motivated readers is a teacher's dream come true. How can children choose books when there is no organization in the library?

I teach in an elementary school where most of the children have a hunger to learn.

My students consist of 18 second grade children. Book selection in the classroom can be frustrating for my students because they don't know where to look in the library to find the book they want to read.

My Project

I would love to provide my students with an easy way to choose books. This book case would allow me to separate books based on genres and/or Accelerated Reader levels. By doing this, students know where to find the book they are interested in reading with ease.

This project will make a huge impact in the way students view book selection time in the classroom.

My goal is to increase reading time. Because students can find books with ease, they can quickly find and book...AND JUST READ!
