This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Imagine trying to play a board game with a torn box, find a desk to work at, or enjoy a fun treat after a long day of learning. My students deserve a classroom that fosters organization, independence, and hands-on learning! We teach daily living, independent living, and vocational skills to young adults with disabilities.

To support their growth, we need sturdy organizers for our well-loved board and card games, a cotton candy machine for special class incentives, and a desk to create a dedicated workspace for my students.

Over time, many of our game boxes have torn, making it difficult to store and play them properly. A more organized space helps my students stay focused and engaged.

By donating to our project, you will be helping my students develop essential life skills, enhance their social interactions through structured games, and enjoy a positive and organized learning environment. A well-equipped classroom fosters confidence, independence, and success. Thank you for supporting our students on their journey to adulthood!
