Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This is an amazing group of students! They are compassionate and welcoming to everyone. My students have been able to create an incredible sense of community. They all come from different backgrounds and have made great bonds with each other.

This group of students is kind, generous, and very helpful.

They are always eager to find out what new concepts they will be learning about. They are respectful and take into consideration the opinions of others. They are awesome kids!

My Project

These materials will help me create an organized environment for my students. Studies have shown that weak organization skills can make learning harder, so I want to create a classroom that is organized in a way that students know where everything is.

Having an organized classroom makes routines easier for students.

There is no guessing game on where things should be put away, or where materials should be stored. The different materials I selected will allow students to keep things close to them at their desks, but also organize the classroom so that everything has a place. Students will be able to come into the classroom every morning and know exactly where the supplies they need are!
