My Students

My students are energetic, imaginative, full of life and unique. They walk into my classroom each morning excited about learning and happy to be there. For some this is their first experience in a school setting and I strive to make it a positive one.

Teaching is in everything you do, every word, action and experience.

I work to provide them the space and nurturing to grow and be independent thinkers.

My Project

Each morning as my students arrive some will eat breakfast, some chose not to and others have eaten at home. One thing that is the same, they enter our classroom ready to learn. With this storage unit students will have the freedom to select different activities that will be on their level where they can grown and develop their skills. It will promote independence and choice for the students.

Structure in our classroom will allow students to repair and gain what we lost academically, socially and emotionally through this pandemic.

Morning bins will get students excited to learn and engaged before class even begins and will keep hands and minds busy. In addition to organizing materials a cubby system will promote student responsibility in a learning environment.
