My Project

This is my first year teaching at my current school. I have taught in my school system for years however, last year I transitioned into a middle school classroom. Many of the resources I collected over the years were required to be left behind in my former classroom. Those items helped enable me to deliver effective lessons with ease and replacing them all at once would be quite costly.

Creating a workspace that fits our needs is ideal for smooth effective instruction!

I utilize resources provided for our investigative studies that come prepackaged in 6 to 8 large bins each quarter. I have limited storage space so additional shelving will help my planning and material preparation.

My students are some of the most resilient students! They often have hardships that create obstacles in their lives yet, they find ways to excel. I want to be an influential factor in the lives of the students I come in contact with ensuring that they receive a quality experience full of learning in our science class.
