Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Staying organized will help students to know where things are at any moment throughout the day. Students who enter 2nd grade are still trying to figure out what they need throughout the school year. If students have the same supplies, like the colored folders, then there is no confusion for the teachers or the students on what to take out while learning.

Students need to have their writing supplies ready and accessible.

With the circle caddy, students can turn around to the spot they want and quickly remove their writing utensil. They can see what they want and get their supplies as they need them.

Students sometimes need different options while learning. A table that allows a student to stand while learning is a different way to accommodate students' needs. This allows students to have a choice of where and how they want to learn throughout the school year.
