My Students

My students are second graders who are ready to start a fun and exciting school year! They are a diverse group of wonderful children with minds ready for learning. I love seeing their smiling faces and eager minds ready for the day in the morning.

Our school is a Title I school in Brooklyn.

We are very ethnically and financially diverse. I want to give my students a great start to their school year and make it a very memorable one and continue their love and desire to learn in the future!

My Project

Using a dry erase easel is a key part of education today. It help the teacher show examples and also helps the students with visual learning as well as giving them the opportunity to show their work.

Organization is key to a successful year!

Both the students and teachers need to be in a clean, organized environment in order to ensure proper learning. Mailboxes are a key.component to every day in the classroom as it helps the students stay organized with all the papers that need to be sent home each day. Bins will help us in storing our books and math manipulatives properly.
