My Project
Time seems to be flying in my 1st-3rd grade Special Day Class. The learning is blossoming and I am excited about what spring will bring in our classroom.
I want to teach my students about the butterfly life cycle.
I want them to have a hands on experience by watching live caterpillars grow and develop into butterflies. I am requesting a kit that includes a habitat, feeding station, and butterflies. There is so much to learn from these amazing creatures.
My amazing students need watercolor paint. Not only to paint butterflies, but to complete other art projects within our classroom.
I am also requesting classroom storage bins. I will use these to store our seasonal items such as Christmas decorations, seasonal books, and other items.
My final request is for books about cars. I have a student who refuses to read. I am hoping to get him motivated to read by using his favorite subject-cars.
