Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am reaching out to ask for your help in enhancing the learning environment for my special education students. To better meet their unique needs, I am seeking support for three important classroom additions: flexible seating, a peel-and-stick whiteboard, and a doorbell for safety.

Every student learns differently, and many of my students benefit from seating options that support their sensory and mobility needs.

By providing choices such as wobble stools, floor cushions, or standing desks, I can create a more comfortable and engaging space that encourages focus and participation.

A portable whiteboard will allow for dynamic learning, making it easier to provide visual aids, display schedules, and offer interactive instruction anywhere in the classroom. Many of my students thrive with visual learning tools, and this addition will make lessons more accessible and engaging.

Classroom safety is a priority, and a doorbell system will help me manage classroom entry without disrupting learning. This small but essential tool will allow me to maintain a secure and structured environment for my students.
