Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, we work on playing as an ensemble. Within this ensemble, the drummers need their time to practice and figure out their parts. However, with being the loudest instrument in the room, the other ensemble members get distracted and have a hard time working alongside the power the drummers create.

These materials are all about working to mute the drummer's sound enough so they can still practice without disturbing others.

The combination of the electronic drumkits, drumhead pads, and rugs, will all help muffle the sound created. The goal of this project is to allow all of my growing musicians the ability to practice their parts in the classroom for maximum playing!
