Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

This is my 7th year teaching and I absolutely love my Pre-K group. My group this year has great personalities, are very positive, and they love to learn. My students love to be creative with drawing, writing, and building objects with a variety of materials. Anytime they hear music they dance away with lots of energy and smiles.

I love seeing them as they enter every morning.

It really makes my heart smile that I can touch the lives of my students daily, especially when they say, " Mrs. B. you are a great teacher." It means a lot coming from them and it motivates me to be the best teacher I can be.

My Project

I just want to give my students the world. Is that asking too much?

But what I can actually do is prepare them for life within this world, so I am hoping to gift them with the ability to read through these essential materials, including books, sight words books, and letter writing workbooks.

I know that they can do anything that they put their mind to even during this uncertain time. Thank you for your support in my goal of assisting them to achieve greatness. It means so much to me knowing that there are other like-minded people out there hoping to help children be their best.
