Help Ms. Grant

Autistic students practicing yoga! We started a yoga studio and need more materials! Special needs students in a self contained elementary special education school in a large city need more materials for our yoga practice.

We have a very small room to practice yoga. We do not have all the materials we need to really get this yoga studio going. Several of the students that I have recruited for the yoga studio are doing quite well in the practice. I would love to be able to really get this project going.

We need more yoga mats, yoga props and books. The benefits of yoga for my students include calming, centering, getting in touch with their bodies and their emotions. It's a nice way to end the day.

Your donation will ensure that special education students really get the full benefits of yoga practice. Beside the physical benefits, they will also benefit from getting in touch with their inner power, their emotions and possibly spark a life long interest in yoga!
