My students are the future. They will be our engineers, programmers, artists, nurses, musicians, doctors, writers, politicians, and who knows what else? At 10 years old, they love learning more than I can put into words. The wide eyes and loud "Yes!" gasps when they master a topic truly melts my heart every day.
My Project
Team Ohana students can't wait to tie dye shirts for our school community. This project will provide every student in our team with a t-shirt that they get to custom tie dye. We will use the puffy paint and rollers to stamp "Team Ohana" on them, so everyone has a special shirt to remind them of their 6th grade community.
While only some students were able to purchase class shirts, this project will allow all members of our community to make their own school shirt.
