My students are an amazing group of four to five-year-olds.
They love to learn and constantly bring a smile to my face.
Half of my students receive free or reduced-price lunches. Through these times of distance learning, my students are still eager to come to class virtually and are ready to learn!
My Project
Having a portable document camera will allow me to teach from both the school and my home as well. Students will be able to clearly see what I am writing and be able to follow along. I will be able to demonstrate how to correctly form letters and numbers and students will have a clear shot to see it. I am currently just using a chart paper but as we move into writing sentences, students will be able to watch me write them clearly. This document camera will also be helpful when we come back to school for face-to-face learning as I can move it around the room so I am not stuck by my computer on my desk.
